Refund Policy

1. Overview

Smart Dental Desk, operated by Yeshika Enterprises, offers subscription plans (Free, Standard, and Growth) for dental clinics. This Refund Policy applies to fees paid through our website or billing portal via Razorpay.

2. Free Plan & Trials

  • The Free plan does not require payment and is not eligible for refunds.
  • Paid plans include a trial period as described at signup. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.

3. Refund Requests

  • Contact support@smartdentaldesk.com within 7 days of a successful subscription payment if you believe you were charged in error or the Service was materially unavailable.
  • Include your clinic name, registered email, payment date, and Razorpay payment reference if available.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to Razorpay and bank timelines.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • WhatsApp messaging usage charges and third-party pass-through fees
  • Partial months after a subscription period has started, unless required by law
  • Charges arising from violation of our Terms of Service

5. Cancellations

You may cancel a paid subscription from your clinic billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated in your plan.

6. Plan price changes

Subscription prices may increase or decrease as described in our Terms of Service. A price increase does not, by itself, qualify for a refund of amounts already paid for the current billing period. If you do not accept a new price, cancel before your next renewal date to avoid further charges.
