1. Subscription Refunds
Smart Dental Desk offers a 14-day free trial for all plans. We encourage you to fully evaluate the Service during this period before subscribing.
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the payment date
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay
- Refund processing takes 5–7 business days depending on your bank
- After 7 days, no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team:
- Email: support@smartdentaldesk.com
- Include your clinic name, registered email, and reason for the refund
- Our team will review and respond within 2 business days
3. Plan Downgrades & Cancellations
- You may downgrade or cancel your plan at any time from your dashboard
- Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
- No partial refunds are issued for unused days in the current billing cycle
- Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the paid period
4. WhatsApp Messaging Charges
- WhatsApp conversation charges are usage-based and billed as consumed
- Refunds for WhatsApp messaging charges are not available as these are passed through from Meta
- If a message fails to deliver due to a platform error (not recipient unavailability), the conversation charge will not apply
5. Exceptions
We may issue refunds outside the 7-day window in the following cases:
- Extended service outage (more than 24 hours) directly affecting your clinic
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Service not performing as described in material ways
6. Data After Cancellation
- Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation
- You can export all clinic data before or during this period
- After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered
