Frequently asked questions
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to the new features. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your billing cycle.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees, hidden charges, or contracts. You only pay the listed price — in INR for clinics in India, or in USD for international clinics. Nothing is added at checkout.
Is GST included in the price?
Yes. Listed INR prices are inclusive of GST — ₹699 means ₹699, with nothing added at checkout. You still receive a proper GST tax invoice for every payment, showing our GSTIN and the CGST/SGST or IGST split carved out of that amount, so most clinics claim it straight back as input tax credit if they are GST-registered. International clinics billed in USD are outside Indian GST.
What happens after my 14-day trial?
After your trial ends, you can choose a paid plan or continue with the Free plan. Your data is never deleted — it stays safe and you can upgrade anytime.
Who is the Solo plan for?
Solo is built for single-dentist clinics — 1 dentist and 1 branch — with SMS and email messaging (no WhatsApp or campaigns). Upgrade to Standard for WhatsApp, or Growth for campaigns and automation.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes, we offer annual billing with 2 months free. Contact our sales team for annual pricing details.
Can I use my own WhatsApp Business number?
The Standard plan uses our shared platform number for appointment reminders. The Growth plan supports your own WABA (WhatsApp Business Account) with full 2-way inbox and campaign capability.
What happens if I run out of WhatsApp messages?
Standard includes 1,000 WhatsApp messages a month and Growth includes 2,000. If you need more, buy top-up credits from your Billing page at ₹0.30 per message (inclusive of GST) — packs start at 100 messages for ₹30, and go up to 5,000. Pay by UPI, card or net banking and the credits are added straight away. Unused credits carry forward month after month and never expire — and you are never billed for anything you did not buy upfront. Credits cover appointment reminders, confirmations and OTPs. Festival and offer messages are separate: they are prepaid from your marketing wallet at ₹1.50 a message on Standard and ₹1 on Growth (plus GST), and never touch your plan allowance.
How many branches can I add?
Free, Solo and Standard each include 1 branch, and Growth includes up to 2. Need more locations? Contact sales and we will set up the right plan for your network.
Are mobile apps included?
Yes. Web, Android, and iOS staff apps are available on every plan — including Free and Solo. Sign in with your clinic account from the Play Store or App Store.
What payment methods do you accept?
In India we accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and bank transfers. International clinics can pay by credit/debit card in USD. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
Is my data secure?
