Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to the new features. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your billing cycle.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There are no setup fees, hidden charges, or contracts. You only pay the listed monthly price — in INR for clinics in India (plus applicable GST) or in USD for international clinics.
What happens after my 14-day trial?
After your trial ends, you can choose a paid plan or continue with the Free plan. Your data is never deleted — it stays safe and you can upgrade anytime.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes, we offer annual billing with 2 months free. Contact our sales team for annual pricing details.
Can I use my own WhatsApp Business number?
The Standard plan uses our shared platform number for appointment reminders. The Growth plan supports your own WABA (WhatsApp Business Account) with full 2-way inbox and campaign capability.
What payment methods do you accept?
In India we accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and bank transfers. International clinics can pay by credit/debit card in USD. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use SSL encryption, daily backups, and your data is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure. Need a custom SLA? Contact sales.
Can I import my existing patient data?
